Christmas cut off dates

To ensure you receive your items before Christmas, please consider these cut off dates

    • • Please have your online orders in by 11:59pm Monday 19th December, for guaranteed arrival of your order by Friday 23rd December 2016*.
    • • *For Christmas delivery estimated arrival times via Australia Post Click here for details on the Australia Post Express Network. *Note: Australia Express Post guarantee applies to metropolitan areas of capital cities, or within the same city or town.
    • • All orders from Friday 16th December to Monday 19th December will be posted by Australia Express Post delivery at no added cost to the customer (guest) or (Advantage Club) member.

We will try our best if an order is made after the following dates but unfortunately cannot make this a guarantee that you will receve your online order by Sunday 25th December. Please also bear in mind that orders placed at the end of December may take longer to arrive, as our delivery partners get through a backlog of excess orders.

Our deliveries normally arrive within:

  • • 4 – 10 business days Australia wide for capital cities and suburbs, and most regional areas in New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria; and
  • • 10 – 14 business days for Western Australia, north Queensland, South Australia and Northern Territory.

We endeavour to always be as quick as possible with processing all orders, but sometimes the full delivery time frame may apply during particularly busy times. If you place an order with a quantity of more than 5 of one item, your order may also take longer to arrive and may be posted from 2 or more locations. We will contact you in this instance.

 

Extended Returns for Christmas

Not the right gift? Don't worry, you will have until the 31st of January 2017 to return it. This is valid for any products purchased from Tuesday 29th November to Saturday 24th December 2016.

*Please note that we do not accept returns on Bath Mats, Quilts, Toppers, Underblankets, Protectors or Pillows unless faulty so please choose carefully.

 

Christmas Price Match Guarantee

No need to wait for Boxing Day Sale. For purchases made from 29th November to 25th December we will match any discount offered from 26th December 2016 to 15th January 2017. Please call our customer service team on 1300 360 217 between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday - Friday or email support@myhouse.com.au.  

 

Delivery Costs

  • • Free shipping still applies for all Advantage Club members throughout the Christmas period. *This includes order between Friday 16th December and Monday 19th December 2016 which will be delivered via Australia Post express delivery. Want to join our Advantage Club loyalty program for FREE? Click here for details.
  • • Free shipping for all orders over $50 after discounts for all non members throughout the Christmas period.
  • • $9.95 shipping for all orders under $50 if you are not an Advantage Club member remains throughout the Christmas Period.
  • • Currently we cannot offer delivery for any of our breakable items or furniture nor can we process international orders.

 

Can I track my order?

When your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number to track the progress of your delivery.

 

What if there's a problem with my order?

Our online team takes great care in ensuring that the correct product is delivered to you safely. However, if for any reason there is a problem with your order or you are concerned about its delivery time prior to Christmas, please call our customer service team on 1300 360 217 between the hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday - Friday or email support@myhouse.com.au.  

 

Will multiple items be delivered together?

Whilst we aim to deliver all your items together, at times in order to ensure the quickest delivery, we do split the deliveries, based on the volume of product items ordered.

 

Returns

We understand that sometimes orders will need to be returned and so we endeavour to make the returns process as simple as possible.

That's why, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return your items unused with your receipt within 35 days, and you will receive a full refund. Better still, if you're a member of our Advantage Club, you have 42 days to return your purchase!

Please choose carefully though, as we do not refund or exchange on Bath mats, Quilts, Underblankets and Pillows if you change your mind.

The refund will be processed against the original tender type. Therefore, if you paid by credit card, the refund will be processed against the original card details. If you paid by PayPal, the store will process the refund against the credit card that is associated with your PayPal account. If you used a Gift Card as tender for all or any part of the purchase, you will receive that same value refunded via Gift Card.  

 

Returns for Advantage Club Members

As an Advantage Club member you are eligible to an extended return period, whereby you have 42 days to return items if you change your mind. You are also eligible for FREE returns.

If the item is unused and still in its original packaging with all of the original tags still attached, you have two options:

Return or Exchange Instore

You may return the order at any MyHouse store. If returning in store, please take the unused items to be returned in the original packaging with a copy of your receipt that was emailed to you upon order confirmation. Our store staff will be able to process the return or exchange immediately.


Any refund will be processed against the original tender type. Therefore, if you paid by credit card, the refund will be processed against the original card details. If you paid by PayPal, the store will process the refund against the credit card that is associated with your PayPal account. If you used a Gift Card as tender for all or any part of the purchase, you will receive that same value refunded via Gift Card.

Return via Post

Alternatively, you may return the item to us by post by simply filling out the return slip included in your parcel. Once this is complete then, package the item(s) unused and in their original packaging, include a copy of the receipt or tax invoice. Cut at the dotted line of the returns slip and attach the returns address to the outside of the parcel, which is labelled:

Please allow up to 2 weeks for returns by mail to be processed. Once we receive the parcel, we will process the return, and send you an email to advise that the return has been processed.

Any refund will be processed against the original tender type. Therefore, if you paid by credit card, the refund will be processed against the original card details. If you paid by PayPal, the store will process the refund against the credit card that is associated with your PayPal account. If you used a Gift Card as tender for all or any part of the purchase, you will also receive that same value refunded via Gift Card.

If you wish to exchange an item, this can be done with a change of colour or size via our online team. If you wish to exchange for another item all together, we will issue a refund for the original purchase once we receive it back and you can place a new order for the new item at your earliest convenience. Please visit your nearest store if you wish to do an exchange that is for a different item.

Returns for Non-Advantage Club Members

We are happy to provide a refund or exchange if you change your mind within 35 days from the date of purchase.
