We currently accept VISA, MASTERCARD, American Express and OPENPAY as payment options for purchases both in store and online.

For online purchases, you can pay via:

      • • The eWay payment gateway - Australia's leading payment gateway. For further security information on eWay you can visit their website www.eway.com.au. You will receive an email confirming your purchase. 

 

• Paypal - you will need a Paypal account if you select this method which can be set up in a couple of minutes. Please visit www.paypal.com to sign up. Payment is charged to your PayPal account immediately and you will receive an email confirming your purchase. You will also receive an email confirming payment from Paypal.

• Openpay - Enjoy now, pay later, interest free. See below for further information and FAQ's.

MyHouse do not charge any additional credit card fees upon the purchase of online goods.

To pay with Openpay Online

• Select Openpay on the Payment Method screen
This will take you to the Openpay website where you will:
-        Set up an Account (if you don’t already have one)
-        Complete your Credit Card details (that your payments will be deducted from)
-        Select your Payment Plan details & confirm
• Once successful, you will receive an email directly from Openpay detailing your agreed payment schedule
• You will also receive an Order Confirmation Email from MyHouse as well as shipping and delivery updates as usual.

What if I need more time to make a payment?

What if I want to return my purchase?

• Full returns and partial refunds are available with Openpay. Please return goods to MyHouse as per regular delivery and returns instructions outlined here

 

How do refunds work?

• Any amounts paid by you will be refunded back onto your nominated card and any future instalments will be cancelled or adjusted if necessary in the case of a partial refund. Plan management fees will not be refunded.

Credit Card Security

MyHouse does not store any credit card details within the MyHouse website databases. 

We take credit card security extremely seriously and always endeavour to provide a safe and secure platform on which to conduct online transactions. MyHouse uses the industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol which encrypts your credit card information as it is transmitted over the internet. This encryption scrambles details such as credit card number, billing details and delivery address so that generally, other computers are unable to decipher the information, ensuring privacy and security.
