What is the Advantage Club?
The Advantage Club is the name of the MyHouse loyalty program. All customers can join the Advantage Club program for FREE, and be eligible for a number of member benefits.

What does the Double Your Discount members offer mean?
If you are an Advantage Club member, your ongoing 10% members discount will be doubled for the month of August. This means you will receive 20% off all full priced items in-store and online. To redeem in-store, show your membership card or sign up on the spot to receive discount. For online purchases, simply sign up or log into your account online, then enter code 'DD20' at checkout to adjust total of all full priced items by 20%.

Can I unsubscribe from the Advantage Club Newsletters?
Yes, of course. At any time you can unsubscribe by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our newsletters
Will I receive a physical Advantage Club card?
If you join the club in store you will be given a card there and then that you can continue to use online or in store. If you join online you won’t receive a physical card but when shopping in store just provide your name and post code and our store staff will be able to identify you as a club member. If you’re continuing to shop online the website will automatically recognise you as a member once you are logged in. 
How do i make a Return?
Please fill in the returns form, then package the item(s) unused and in their original packaging, including a copy of the receipt or tax invoice, and send to our online store at MYHOUSE ONLINE RETURNS SHop T12, Homemakers Centre, 49 O'Riordan Street, Alexandria, NSW, 2015. If there is a fault with any product you can choose between a refund or a replacement product.
